Prize Art: Dragon

prize art for . this is a specially designed underwater dragon for her. yeah i'm not sure how i decided on underwater...

notice that its crest and spikes/whatever they are going down its spine are very reduced for less drag, its feet are webbed to allow it to propel itself through the water more easily, it has no wings so it's more stream-lined to move faster, and it has a huge fan-like fin at the end of its tail for even more propelling and to help it steer itself. i'm not sure if there's enough hint for one to tell this is an underwater scene...

shading all those rocks took forever and was a huge pain... x_x but the end result is worth it. ^^
